    "I cannot say enough great things about Regal Pest, however, YOU MUST get Mike! My experience would not have been the same without Mike as my technician- I’m telling you, if you do not request Mike, you will regret it. Not every technician (I learned from experience) will be as thorough, and diligent, and pleasant as Mike. He truly cares about ensuring your home is rid of the pests you are concerned about and goes above and beyond to ensure you are a satisfied customer like it says on their website site. I had a different person come the day before, and needed Mike to come and further problem solve for the issue I had. Mike takes the time to survey your house, understand the issue, put necessary things in place to solve the issue and then prevent it from happening again. He is the only technician I have requested on my quarterly appointments moving forward. Highly recommend Regal Pest; but with Mike!"

He’s prompt, friendly, and actually was educating me as we walked around the house on what he was doing and what we could do better as well. Each nest was eradicated in just one visit, but they had to keep coming back as we kept finding new ones. Paul came each time and made sure that our family was safe from these aggressive pests.
