After years of experience in the pest control industry as a distributor of insecticides and an owner of a growing pest management company I have devised a program that is both extremely effective and environmentally responsible.

Our Seasonal Service Program offers four annual treatments for your home when you need it most. Our services are performed spring through fall and are approximately eight weeks apart.

As a Seasonal Service customer you will also be entitled to no fee follow up treatments for covered pests Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm excluding holidays. In most cases these request will be met within 24-48 hours.

Spring:

During this treatment our certified technicians will perform an inspection to the interior and exterior of your home. They will also provide crack and crevice treatments to interior areas that may be conducive to pest harborage such as kitchens, bathrooms, garages, attics, crawl spaces and basements.

We will also apply an exterior barrier around the foundation to control crawling insects such as ants and spiders as well as to the eaves and soffits of your home to discourage bees and wasps from nesting.

 Summer:

Our technician will inspect the exterior of your home for crawling and flying insect activity. We will be on the lookout for ant trails that may be invading your home and bees or wasps that may begin to build nest. During this visit we will treat the foundation, eaves and soffits to help control unwanted pests.

Fall:

With the cool weather around the corner it is important for us to have access to your home so that we can treat the garage, attic, basement and crawlspaces for mice. All rodenticides that are in accessible areas will be place in tamper resistant bait stations.We will also inspect the exterior foundation for rodent entry points and if we find any small openings we will seal them with copper mesh and expanding foam. Our technician will also apply materials to the exterior foundation of your home to help prevent overwintering insects from invading.

Winter:

During this service our technician will perform an exterior inspection around the perimeter of your home to check for mouse or rat activity and obvious entry points. Our technician will then perform an interior treatment for overwintering insects as well as a check up on our interior rodent program.
